King Edward's name shines again at the top of the list of outstanding performance. This majestic horse has once again reached the top rank in the most recent Hippomundo Ratings update, with an impressive HR score of 136.

The BWP gelding King Edward ruled the Hippomundo Ratings for a long time until Monaco N.O.P., Harrie Smolders' top horse, took his place. With the GP win at the CSI5* - GCT/GCL in Rome, King Edward got a score boost with 2 additional HR points to reach a score of 136. A lesser result by Monaco N.O.P. in the same GP in Rome, then cost the gelding 2 HR points making King Edward reign again!

The Biggest HR Rising Horses
We look at the full rankings of horses with HRs higher than 50. Here we see some notable risers who rose more than 10 places.
In the 5*GP of Coapexpan (MEX), Grégory Wathelet's (BEL) grey stallion, Nevados S, jumped to a nice 5th place. That brought him a whopping 19 extra points in the Hippomundo Ratings! This brings him to his highest HR score (107). An accurate reflection of the top form Nevados S is currently in.

In the same heavy GP in Coapexpan (MEX), Richard Vogel (GER) jumped the Chaman son Cepano Baloubet to 11th place. That also earned him 12 extra points in the Hippomundo Ratings. Thus, Cepano Baloubet is once again on his way to his peak moment last summer. In July 2023, he scored a HR of 117, which we see here on his statistics page.
The 11-year-old stallion Ubiluc, experienced the peak of his career so far last winter under the saddle of Daniel Bluman (ISR) in Florida. With Mark Bluman (COL), he is also well on his way with a 17-point boost in the Hippomundo Ratings thanks to handsome top placings at the CSI4* Mill Spring, NC (USA).
