Delestre wins St. Tropez - Gassin Class 4 as all top five go clear

Simon Delestre won Class 4 at St. Tropez - Gassin on Golden Boy Dk, leading a five-strong clear-round finish in the 1.55m Table A against the clock.

Delestre’s time of 65.22 seconds gave the gelding, bred by EARL Haras d'Ick, the victory and EUR 14,200 in prize money. The winning round set the mark in a class where the placings were decided by speed among combinations that all left the fences intact.

Kevin Staut took second on Vida Loca Z, a mare bred by Soc. Agricola A R.l. Edeldame, after stopping the clock in 65.92 seconds. Martin Fuchs was third on Fortjump Du Beaumenil, a gelding bred by Francois-Xavier Frenoy, in 66.43 seconds.

Mark Bruynseels finished fourth on Origi Vd Vosberg, a stallion bred by Dany Van Lombergen & Dirk D'Haese, and Emanuele Gaudiano completed the top five on Chabrello PS, a gelding bred by Gestüt Lewitz/Paul Schockemöhle. The full class result page is here.
