The well-known dressage mare Weihegold OLD is a true star in historical international dressage, and for four years in the period from 2016 to 2019, the mare was the most winning horse measured by price-earnings.

Weihegold OLD by Blue Hors Don Schufro/ Sandro Hit is bred by Inge Bastian and the mare was ridden by German Isabell Werth with huge success. In both 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Weihegold was the most winning mare measured by price-earnings. In 2016 she won 119.775 euros, in 2017 she won 243.420 euros, in 2018 she won 166.225 euros and in 2019 she won 170.490 euros. Since 2015 the mare has won nothing less than 861.571 euros in 85 starts.
The success is enormous for Isabell Werth and Weihegold OLD. In the period from 2015 until 2022, they won 61 competitions. They were placed in 79 and therefore it was only in six of their starts, that they were not in the placement order.
