Great Britain’s Scott Brash and Hello Chadora Lady were the big winners in the Shanghai round of the Global Champions Tour; a result that places the British Olympian rider and the Oldenburg Springpferde mare in second and fourth place overall in the Far East fixture's results history.

So which riders and horses top Hippomundo’s Shanghai round-ups? Belgium leads the way in prizemoney won with Grégory Wathelet (pictured) and the Prince de Wolfsakker mare Luna van het Dennehof as the biggest earners.
There’s no less than three Belgian riders - Wathelet, Pieter Devos and Gilles Thomas - in this all-time Shanghai top-five earners. Thomas, the sole rider of this Belgian group in action at Shanghai this year and Luna van het Dennehof finished runners-up in the Grand Prix to Brash and Hello Chadora Lady. (That major result has also seen the Gëstut Lewitz/Paul Schockemöhle-bred Hello Chadora Lady leap to second place in the Hippomundo show jumping horses rankings).
Belgium also jumps to third place in the show jumping breeders rankings after Shanghai and no less than 50% of the Grand Prix top-10 horses at Shanghai are Belgian-breds.
